This Saturday "Barrier Free Futures" will feature MIKE OXFORD, director of the Topeka Independent Living Resource Center. Mike will discuss the ongoing struggle for home and community based in-home service delivery. Mike is in Washington D.C. for the semi-annual ADAPT action. The ADA 25th anniversary legacy bus tour is also in D. C.
